Along with my daily goal to be the most organized I can be, I have joined Menu Plan Monday in an attempt to stop the neverending dilemma of what IS for dinner tonight. Every monday I will post my menu for the week along with some recipes or links to recipes for some meals that are just too good not to share. Organized IS good! To those of you are are part of Menu Plan Monday, I have learned alot from your posts. Thanks for the encouragement. I will just be starting with dinners at this time as breakfast and lunch are not an issue right now. So here is what is on the menu for this week:
Monday: BLT's, Potato Salad, corn
Tuesday: Burgers on the grill, Potatoes grilled in foil, green salad
Wednesday: Hot dogs & Brats on the grill, chips and dip, watermelon
Thursday: Marinated Chicken Breast on grill, rice, green beans
Friday: Meatloaf, Mashed potatoes, corn
Saturday: Homemade Tacos with all the fixings
Sunday: Leftovers
There. I feel better already!
